Shipping
Please allow minimum 10 days for your order to arrive. If more than 15 days have passed, please contact us to review the status of your shipment.
Returns, Exchange, and Refunds (if applicable)
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Since our product stock is located outside the USA, the UK, and Canada, we aim to provide convenience by not requiring you to return the item if there is an issue. Instead, we can send you a replacement item or offer you a refund.
Below is a list of scenarios when you can apply for an exchange or a refund:
- If your item did not arrive within the agreed timeframe;
- If the item arrived damaged or was damaged during shipping;
- If you received an item in the wrong color or model;
- If your item had a manufacturing defect detected within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Proof of purchase (including the order number, shipping address, recipient’s name, and the email used to place the order).
- Proof of receiving the item.
- A photo clearly showing the issue with the item.
After receiving your request, we will process it within 2 business days and notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund request, including details on the resolution.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days which we will confirm to you.
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Please do not send the items back to us.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Every product we sell at IMEL Studio is made with care from unique and natural materials.
Following are instructions on how to make your jewellery last a lifetime:
- Always protect your jewellery from sharp blows, scratching, chemicals, sunlight and heat/cold.
- Store your jewellery in a soft lined box or pouch with an anti-tarnish strip. Try to keep pieces apart so they don't rub together.
- Your jewellery will age and tarnish naturally so if you want to keep your pieces in pristine condition, clean your jewellery regularly, using a professional jewellery cleaning product. Always read the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Be aware of tarnish which may occur as a result of oxidization, caused by the interaction of certain elements such as oxygen or Sulphur as well as with certain acids.
- Never go swimming wearing your jewellery, as chlorine in swimming pools can cause damage to all metals and will erode jewellery.
- Avoid wearing while taking shower or bath, cleaning, gardening or performing sports activities.
- Please, do not eat jewelllery and other accessories, it is dangerous.
- Please note that all accessories are designed only for adults and can not be regarded as toys for children.
