Our production team is small but dedicated, with just three skilled artisans who work under the careful guidance of our Production Director, Marina Silushina, who also serves as our Designer and CEO. Marina personally designs each new product, creates the technical production blueprint, and crafts the first batch herself. She then develops detailed instructions, trains the team, and oversees the procurement of necessary materials. Once the materials are secured, full-scale production begins, involving all our artisans. Throughout this process, Marina ensures the quality of each item remains impeccable.
Every product we make has its own unique production method. For our hair scrunchies, we use only natural materials, predominantly 100% silk. We also offer upcycled collections made from designer garments repurposed into scrunchies. These scrunchies are exclusive to IMEL Studio, ensuring exceptional quality and uniqueness. No one outside of IMEL Studio uses Marina Silushina’s production techniques, and in over three years of selling on Amazon, we haven’t had a single return! Most customers leave positive reviews and become repeat buyers.
Our bracelets are made exclusively from natural gemstones, which are carefully handpicked by our artisans before being assembled. The gemstones are primarily sourced from Saudi Arabia, with many being extracted from the shores of the Red Sea and the Persian Gulf. Our long-standing relationships with suppliers allow us to offer natural gemstone bracelets at competitive prices—often lower than the cost of artificial stones from other sellers on Amazon. Though we only began selling bracelets less than six months ago, we’ve already received positive feedback from satisfied customers.
In late May, IMEL Studio decided to expand our product offerings to include bundles, bracelets, pendants, and earrings. The bundles, now available on Amazon with a website launch upcoming, feature a unique combination of upcycled scrunchies and natural gemstone bracelets. These bundles include exclusive bracelets, such as onyx and pearl, that are not available for individual purchase.
The production of pendants, bobby pins, and barrettes involves the use of cabochons. Cabochons are gemstones that are shaped and polished rather than faceted, giving them a smooth, rounded finish. Our production process also includes a drying phase, which ensures the durability and longevity of our products. This is meticulously documented in the production process maps developed by Marina. Thanks to our well-organized production system, we guarantee that your order will be delivered within 15 days of payment (within the USA), with shipping included if the minimum order amount is met.
For our earrings, we use natural stones like amethyst, meteorite, and jasper. Each stone has a distinct appearance, making every pair of earrings unique. However, all of our earrings share the same commitment to elegance and the highest standards of production.
