Recently, we’ve noticed instances of multiple registrations from the same city. This highlights the rising interest in becoming an exclusive IMEL Studio partner. If we receive several registrations from a city where we do not yet have a partner, preference is given to the client who registers and confirms their intention to place an order first. In such cases, other accounts from the same city are temporarily paused.
To ensure fairness, if the initial client doesn’t place an order within the allocated time, the exclusivity reservation is transferred to the next registered client. Rest assured, these processes are closely monitored by your dedicated account manager, who will be your consistent guide to success with IMEL Studio. We guarantee that once you place a minimum order, your exclusivity in the city is secure.
If we already have a partner in your city, our account manager will inform you and provide the partner’s contact details, encouraging you to explore their offerings. This ensures a streamlined, supportive ecosystem that benefits both our partners and customers.

They will regularly check in on your store, update promotional materials, recommend our latest products, and include samples of our collection with your shipments. This ongoing support ensures you stay ahead of trends and fully equipped to delight your customers.
We previously announced a 15% discount for Black Friday, which, unfortunately, ended yesterday. Many of our clients have already taken advantage of this offer, allowing them to pass on a discount to their customers without affecting their own profit margins.
